About the Role


As a SEA Expert, you are a key driver of performance marketing within a fast-evolving media ecosystem. You combine data, technology, and human insight to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes for clients.

You will operate within a client-first, data-fueled and people-powered environment, where media, creativity, analytics, and commerce come together to design integrated growth solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) aligned with client business goals
  • Translate consumer insights and data signals into actionable search strategies across the full funnel
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI, CPA, and ROAS


Data & Performance Management


  • Analyse performance data and identify optimisation opportunities using advanced tools and platforms
  • Leverage data-driven decision-making to improve campaign effectiveness and uncover growth potential
  • Build clear dashboards, reports, and insights that translate complex data into actionable recommendations


Client & Stakeholder Collaboration


  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring transparent communication and measurable impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with programmatic, social, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning


Innovation & Growth


  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing developments
  • Test and scale innovative solutions that drive competitive advantage and business growth
  • Actively contribute to building next-generation media solutions within the agency ecosystem


Who You Are


Skills & Experience


  • 2–5+ years in SEA / performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads (or similar platforms)
  • Proven track record in managing performance-driven campaigns and budgets
  • Solid understanding of analytics (GA4, dashboards, attribution models)
  • Comfortable working with data, Excel, and reporting tools
